Radhy Miranda is a leader in philanthropy, government, and community development with a track record of designing and implementing initiatives that drive equitable economic mobility. As Principal of Mars Consulting Partners, he partners with philanthropy, government agencies, and nonprofits to develop programs that address systemic barriers and foster inclusive growth.
Prior to founding Mars Consulting Partners, Radhy managed a $25 million national grant portfolio as a Program Officer at The Rockefeller Foundation, where he worked to advance economic opportunity across the U.S.
He also played a pivotal role at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), serving as Vice President of Government & Community Relations. In this capacity, he built strategic partnerships with community leaders, elected officials, and agencies to advance development projects that balanced economic progress with local needs.
Radhy’s expertise in program design and stakeholder engagement stems from his time at Columbia University, where he led community programs tied to the university’s campus expansion in West Harlem. His ability to bring together diverse stakeholders, from grassroots organizations to institutional leaders, has been instrumental in ensuring that development efforts are equitable and community-centered.
Radhy holds a Bachelor of Science from Le Moyne College and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University’s School of International & Public Affairs. He has been recognized for his leadership with honors such as El Diario’s “El Award” and Negocios Now’s “Latinos 40 Under 40”, and participated in prestigious fellowships like Líderes with Hispanics In Philanthropy and the International Career Advancement Program (ICAP).
